Custom orders regarding the product and the amount may be shipped in several weeks from the order date. Here is why:

Ceramic making process is a slow burn. First we make the product with clay. Then it needs to dry naturally to be able to be fired in the kiln and this process can take about a week. First firing is called “biscuit” firing at around 1040°C (1904 °F). Firing takes around 10 hours and the kiln needs to cool down slowly in 24 hours. Later we glaze them and fire the kiln second time depending on the item either around 1040°C (1904 °F) for earthenware or around 1220°C (2228 °F) for stoneware.

We cannot give a refund for personalized orders. They are made for the customer specially. If you want to cancel an order, please let us know within 12 hours after purchasing.

All of our items are packed with extra care to ensure them arrive undamaged.

We're also trying to be eco-sensitive about our packaging in our business practice. Mostly we are reusing materials such as bubble wraps, foam padding, craft papers that came with our supply packages as filling materials. Besides we are using biodegradable packing fillings whereever we can. Please recycle or reuse packaging materials when you receive your purchase.

All international orders are sent through tracking shipments and take around 2 weeks however this time is an estimate and shipping may take longer due to adverse weather conditions or during busy periods.

There is also an EXPRESS SHIPPING option and it can take 4-6 business days to NORTH AMERICA and 3-5 business days to EUROPE. You can choose the express upgrade shipping at the checkout.

We work with UPS, FEDEX or TNT for the express shipping.

If you need your order by a certain date, please notify us first.

If the parcel arrived damaged upon delivery, please take a photo of the damaged item and contact us within 24 hours from delivery. If this happens we will send a replacement for the damaged items or a partial refund to cover the cost of the damaged item.
